I am Bianka Földi,
a solution-driven,
My goal with every design project is to bring a meaningful solution that is not only aesthetic but thoughtful and answers the real needs of the users.
I aim for the best possible outcome, which requires to first deeply understand the situation, the reasons behind it, and the goals of the project. Just like it is also important to keep it in mind, revise it throughout the process, and ask for constructive feedback.
I value other’s perspectives and often evaluate my work and processes to learn from my mistakes and find where I can improve and optimize my design.

I always seek to understand others’s perspectives and feelings. Empathy is not only my approach in life but also throughout my design process, as I believe that it is essential for understanding the users’ needs better and for successful collaboration.
In 2022, I completed a 3-year-long Emotional Intelligence and Personality Improvement education program that helped me advance in empathizing, giving constructive feedback, active listening, self-reflection, and effective communication.

Graphic Designer Specialist at KISKA|May 2022 – Dec 2023
I was the owner of multiple parallel projects for KTM, an international brand where being consistent and creating design solutions that convey the brand’s style and voice is crucial. As a Lead Designer of a campaign, I ensured that we achieved project goals on time, supervised and provided guidance to junior designers, and worked closely with a cross-functional team, where effective communication was key. I also regularly presented design concepts to stakeholders and communicated the reasons and goals behind the decisions.

I was working on the visual appearance of multiple brands which involved creating new visual systems, defining them in identity manuals, and applying existing design guidelines consistently across various touchpoints. I also took part in the process of creating brand personalities and personas and interviewing the clients about their needs and visions. Furthermore, I was responsible for the creation of multiple web designs from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
